Terms and way of working

Each service has its own conditions, so the client knows what is included, what is not included and how the request is confirmed.

General service terms

Service is provided subject to schedule availability, service priority, coverage area and the technical conditions of the work.

  • Sending a request does not automatically mean the service has been accepted.
  • A clear description and, whenever possible, photos or video are strongly recommended.
  • Materials are not included unless expressly stated.
  • Any extension, extra time or unplanned work is quoted separately before continuing.
  • If nobody is present, access is not possible or the issue has already been solved, the callout or reserved time may still be considered completed depending on the type of service.

Booked technical visit

A service designed to inspect, diagnose and assess a fault, upgrade or specific extension before work begins.

  • Includes travel within the accepted area, initial technical inspection, diagnosis and solution assessment.
  • Does not include materials or execution of extra work not originally agreed.
  • If the client is not present or access cannot be provided, the visit may still be considered completed.
  • If the issue has already been solved on arrival, the visit may also be considered consumed.

Quick intervention

A service for small, defined jobs that can usually be solved in a single attendance.

  • Includes travel, a specific technical intervention and a final functional check.
  • Materials are not included unless expressly stated.
  • If the actual scope is greater than expected, the client is informed before continuing.
  • Extra time, extensions and materials are quoted separately.

Urgent help

Priority attention for faults or situations that require a fast response.

  • Handled according to real availability, client location and priority of the issue.
  • Does not guarantee full resolution if materials, parts or a larger intervention are needed.
  • Out-of-hours, night-time or holiday work may have special conditions.
  • If nobody is present or the issue no longer exists on arrival, the urgent attendance may still be considered completed.

Upgrade or extension

A service for small extensions, technical upgrades, extra points, adaptations or specific automation work.

  • Small upgrades can be carried out directly when the scope is clear.
  • If the work requires more time, materials or preparation, it will be quoted separately.
  • Materials are not included unless expressly stated.
  • Execution is subject to availability and technical conditions on site.

10-hour annual plan

A service for clients who want technical support during the year for faults, inspections, upgrades and specific work.

  • Includes 10 service hours per year.
  • Time starts counting from departure from base until the end of the attendance.
  • Minimum consumption is 1 hour per attendance.
  • Materials are charged separately.
  • Out-of-hours work consumes double time.
  • It can be renewed or recharged at the end.
  • It can be used by authorised people previously approved in writing.
If you already have a plan, include your client number and authorisation code. If you are writing for a family member or authorised person, say so as well together with their name and service address.
